Refund and Return Policy

Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order prior to shipment, if the request is sent within 8 hours of the time of the original order.  Please email us at wecare@kudomart.com and request the order cancellation with your order number found in the confirmation email.

For Defective Products

When the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way:

Kudo Mart will be happy to accept a request for a product replacement or return if the item is determined to be defective and reported within 30 days of the original order date via mail.   

  1. A return authorization must be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  2. You must contact us at wecare@kudomart.com to request a replacement or return with a description and proof of defect.  For all returns you must receive a RMA authorization number. Note:  Any returns sent without an RMA approval, will not be accepted for returns. 
  3. The return authorization number must be included along with your returned product. Once an RMA is received, please return the item to our return address: Kudo Mart 170 Montrose Road, Berkeley CA 94707
  4. Email us back with your RMA and the tracking# so we can track your return.  

Kudo Mart will provide a return shipping label for your use for authorized returns for US customers only. International customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.  

The refund (minus shipping costs) will be processed back to the original form of payment.

Replacements will be shipped free of charge to US Customers only. 

International customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.   

You must return the product to the address provided to receive a refund at your cost within 14 days of receipt of RMA.

Returned Product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged). Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, protective coverings still attached, and in its original packaging.

All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.

Kudo Mart will process and examine the returned product upon receipt.  If the return is found to be valid and in compliance, we will issue a refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.  

For “Customer Remorse”

When you purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or you no longer want the item:

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.  There is also restocking fee of 30% of retail value of the product.

Several types of goods are not returnable: 

  • Electronic, Digital or Warranty products cannot be returned
  • We DO NOT accept returns on FINAL SALE items or gift cards.  FINAL SALE items are defined ats items that are over 30% off.
